Sempre più giovani tendono a contrarre questa malattia quasi incurabile. Nella fase iniziale, quando possono ancora essere aiutati, anche un medico esperto riesce difficilmente a individuare i segnali di pericolo della malattia emergente. Ma di che malattia si tratta? E come proteggere se stessi e la propria famiglia?
Oggi parliamo di una malattia che può cogliere assolutamente chiunque. Questa dismorfofobia è un disturbo mentale, espressa in una percezione distorta del proprio corpo, e di conseguenza nell'ipertrofico disgusto di sé. Questa malattia è accompagnata da un elevato rischio di suicidio, soprattutto tra i giovani sotto i 25-30 anni.
La "Voce della Russia" ha deciso, insieme alla psicologa Irina Lukjanova, di capire come fare a individuare in tempo l'inizio della dismorfofobia in se stessi e nei propri amici, che cosa fare se si fosse a rischio, e come iniziare il trattamento.

La negazione della percezione del proprio corpo per quello che è, non scomparirà dopo l'intervento chirurgico. Questa è puramente psicologica. La "pietra vagante" marziana ha reso perplessi gli scienziati

Lo ha dichiarato Squyres alla conferenza stampa dedicata al 10° anniversario del lavoro del veicolo marziano. "La pietra vagante" è stata scoperta a gennaio 2014, sulle foto scattate da Opportunity. La pietra manca sulle foto del 3536° giorno marziano, ma già è presente nel giorno 3537 ° .
Il cittadino statunitense Rhawn Joseph ha citato la NASA in tribunale chiedendo che si indaghi immediatamente e accuratamente sulla "pietra vagante" di Marte.
Uno strano minerale è stato osservato dal rover Opportunity quattro settimane fa. In precedenza le immagini non avevano mostrato nessuna pietra nello stesso punto del pianeta. Ciò che dà più da pensare è che l'analisi chimica ha dimostrato che la pietra ha una struttura particolare.

Il luogo selezionato in cui assemblare la stazione marziana è il punto di librazione L2, sul lato posteriore della Luna, in cui a causa della interazione con la gravità della Terra la navicella spaziale può rimanere in posizione stabile.

The Syrian news agency SANA reports, that Syria's Minister of Public Works, Hussein Arnous, stressed the importance of the rapid rebuilding of Syrian homes and structures through cooperation and partnerships between the two countries construction companies.
At a meeting with representatives of the Chinese Kansai Co., Arnous underlined the necessity of making use of the company's expertise, modern technologies and the potential to take part in the rapid construction of building projects in Syria.
The Minister underlined the necessity to cover fundamental needs with regard to equipment and machinery to launch building projects. He emphasized that Syria has suffered from systematic sabotage and destruction of such equipment on one hand, while much of the country's machinery, including entire factories have been looted.
The Chinese delegation, for their part, expressed their readiness to offer help and expertise, and to contribute to a rapid reconstruction within suitable standards.
Besides suffering from combat related destruction and sabotage, the Syrian industries have suffered considerably due to the fact that foreign-backed mercenaries have looted and shipped entire factories abroad, especially to Turkey.
The Syrian government has repeatedly addressed the situation with the Turkish government, the office of the UN Secretary General, and the UN Security Council without tangible response.

Chinese cooperation also extends to the Apaema Tire Factory. The company has signed a memo of mutual understanding with the Chinese CAMC to rehabilitate the tire plant's machinery and equipment and about the installation of new equipment. The memorandum was signed on Saturday at the Ministry of Industry in Damascus, reports SANA.
The agreement stipulates a continuous cooperation about the rehabilitation and maintenance of the plant and its equipment, with CAMA providing a loan that covers 85 percent of the project costs.
Included in the agreement is also the establishment of two new production lines for new tire sizes at a capacity of 18,000 tons per year in addition to 9,000 tons of tires for light and heavy trucks and agricultural equipment. The cooperation aims also at CAMC's participation in related projects for the processing of recycled rubber and the training of Syrian workers.

Syrian Arab Army General Command: Armed forces vanquished terrorist groups that sneaked to Deir Attieh. The General Command of the Army and Armed Forces said that army units have managed Thursday to vanquish terrorist groups that sneaked to Deir Attieh city and stationed in a number of building blocks and state institutions.
In a statement released on Thursday, the General Command said that the operation has left big numbers of terrorists of several nationalities killed.

An official source told SANA that Abdul-Rahman al-Oteibi, Abdullah Sami al-Fantoukh and Adel al-Shummari from Saudi Arabia were indentified among the killed terrorists, in addition to the terrorist Yaser al-Mustafa, a Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist group's leader.

The army units pursued and clashed with members of an armed terrorist group in the city of Harasta and the town of al-Abbada, killing many terrorists. Terrorists Muhannad Alaya and Khaled al-Qalla' were identified among the dead.
The army units also targeted terrorists in the areas of al-Qaysa and al-Bahharyeh, killing a number of terrorists and destroying their weaponry and equipment. Terrorists Alaa Rashed and Ahmad al-Shayeb were identified among the dead.
Meanwhile, An army unit pursued members of an armed terrorist group in the city of al-Zabadazi, killing a terrorist, Tareq al-Hourani and injuring others.
Terrorists killed, gatherings and hideouts obliterated in Idleb
A military source told SANA that Terrorists hideouts and gatherings were targeted in the areas of Kifr Jales, Jabal al-Arba'een, Shinnan, Bazabour in Idleb countryside, killing and injuring scores of terrorists.
The source added that the army dismantled 4 explosive devices weighing between 25-50 kg on Idleb-al-Mastouma.
Another army unit targeted two vehicles loaded with weapons and ammunition in the town of Failoun, killing all the terrorists in them.
An army unit thwarted a terrorist group's attempt to attack army checkpoint in Maakram in Jabal al-Arbayeen area, killing a number of terrorists and destroying their equipment.
Terrorist groups eliminated in Aleppo
SANA reporter quoted a military source as saying that army units eliminated armed terrorist groups in al-Bab city and in the villages and towns of Handarat, Hreitan, al-Rashdin, Orum, Hilan, Kafr Hamra, al-Wdeihi and al-Mansoura in the countryside of Aleppo.
The terrorists' weapons and ammunition were destroyed in the operations.
The source added that intensive army operations were carried out against armed terrorist groups during which all their members were killed and injured on al-Mislmiyeh road and in al-Nairab, al-Lairamoun and in the surrounding of Aleppo Central Prison and al-Kindi Hospital, in addition to Salah-Eddin, al-Marjeh and Sheikh S'eed neighborhoods.
The source said that the army clashed with terrorists who tried to attack a military checkpoint in the area of al-Misherfi in Homs countryside, eliminating 3 terrorists and injuring others.
Terrorists' boat, dens destroyed in Homs
Meanwhile, a terrorists' boat laded with weapons and ammunition was destroyed in al-Rastan Lake in Homs countryside, with all terrorists onboard killed.
An army unit destroyed a terrorists' rocket launcher in the Industrial City in al-Rastan city, while another unit left a number of terrorists dead or injured following an operation against a terrorist gathering in the Sports Complex in the town.
Terrorists' dens were destroyed in the area of Sheikh Ibrahim al-Hakim, while members of an armed terrorist group were killed on the outskirts of al-Dar al-Kabira village in the countryside.

On a relevant note, hundreds of people from the town of Talbiseh in Homs countryside protested after the Friday prayers, demanding that the Syrian Army expel terrorists from the town and restore security and stability to it.
Locals said that they suffer on daily basis due to the crimes of terrorists and that they can't take it anymore, noting that the town has been paralyzed after terrorists entered it, forcing many locals to leave and affecting the livelihoods of those who remained.
Large numbers of non-Syrian terrorists killed in Daraa
The army units eliminated huge numbers of non-Syrian terrorists, the majority of them were Saudi, Qatari, Jordanian and Palestinian nationalities, in Daraa western countryside.
A military source told SANA that the army targeted terrorists' gathering in the area of Ghadeer al-Bustan, killing and injuring scores of terrorists.
The source added that an army unit destroyed two vehicles loaded with terrorists and weapons on Qaqas road and killed many terrorists. Among the killed terrorists were Mohammad Saud al-Qadi and Hadi al-Khaledi, of the Jordanian nationality, Mohammad Ahmad Habbari, of the palestinain nationality, Talal al-Etri of the Saudi nationality and Suleiman al-Der'e of the Qatari nationality in addition to terrorists Bassam Ahmad al-Bunni, Ibrahim al-Daher, Yahya al-Khayrat, Yaseen al-Zoubi, Mansour al-Masri and Yamen al-Ta'an.
An army unit prevented terrorist groups from attacking army checkpoints in the village of al-Duwayra near Basr al-Harir, leaving a number of terrorists dead or injured and destroying their weapons and equipment.
Terrorists trying to cross border from Jordan repelled
In the same context, an army unit aborted an attempt by an armed terrorist group to infiltrate from the Jordanian territories into Daraa in al-Mata'iyeh village, a military source told SANA.

Sempre più giovani tendono a contrarre questa malattia quasi incurabile. Nella fase iniziale, quando possono ancora essere aiutati, anche un medico esperto riesce difficilmente a individuare i segnali di pericolo della malattia emergente. Ma di che malattia si tratta? E come proteggere se stessi e la propria famiglia?
Oggi parliamo di una malattia che può cogliere assolutamente chiunque. Questa dismorfofobia è un disturbo mentale, espressa in una percezione distorta del proprio corpo, e di conseguenza nell'ipertrofico disgusto di sé. Questa malattia è accompagnata da un elevato rischio di suicidio, soprattutto tra i giovani sotto i 25-30 anni.
La "Voce della Russia" ha deciso, insieme alla psicologa Irina Lukjanova, di capire come fare a individuare in tempo l'inizio della dismorfofobia in se stessi e nei propri amici, che cosa fare se si fosse a rischio, e come iniziare il trattamento.
Nella maggior parte dei casi, i gruppi più a rischio sono persone che sono molto critiche con se stesse, perfezioniste per temperamento, e che soffrono del "complesso del secchione". Particolarmente a rischio di questa malattia sono i ragazzi tra i 14 e 15 anni. In genere, dopo la trentina il numero dei "malati" diminuisce, e alla fine si riduce a zero.
Irina Lukjanova spiega come riconoscere i sintomi della dismorfofobia:
Se notate che una certa caratteristica del vostro aspetto attira costantemente i vostri pensieri, vi guardate continuamente allo specchio, cercando di determinare come gli altri possano vedere la vostra "mancanza", e che cosa potreste fare per nasconderla, se cercate di non essere fotografati, sentite una costante apatia e mancanza di volontà di fare qualsiasi cosa, allora è probabile che siate caduti tra le vittime di questa insidiosa malattia. Se pensate che la vostra "particolarità" esterna vi causa un insopportabile fastidio, e che senza di essa vivreste una vita completamente diversa: sareste socialmente più attivi, avreste successo e felicità, e se il vostro unico desiderio è quello di fare la chirurgia plastica o addirittura pensate al suicidio, allora dovreste rivolgervi al più presto ad uno psicoterapeuta altamente qualificato.
Un ruolo importante nella propensione umana a questa malattia ce l'ha anche ciò che circonda l'individuo più da vicino. Secondo le statistiche, oltre il 60% dei pazienti riferisce di essere stato un bambino sottoposto a critiche costanti per il loro aspetto da parte dei genitori o dei coetanei. Il desiderio di ottenere l'approvazione universale e l'amore, nel futuro spinge le persone ad apportare cambiamenti radicali al proprio aspetto, con uno stravagante stile di abbigliamento, un tatuaggio, così come anche con vari interventi di chirurgia plastica. Altri cercheranno il meno possibile il contatto con il mondo esterno, e cominceranno ad essere solitari, cercando di non uscire di casa di giorno, così che gli altri non possano vedere la loro "bruttezza".
Tra le altre cose, anche i mass media hanno un ruolo importante nello sviluppo di questa malattia, e in questo concorda anche Irina Lukjanova:
Gli adolescenti percepiscono il mondo in modo idealistico. Non si rendono conto le fotografie ritoccate delle persone nelle riviste patinate hanno poco a che fare con la vita reale. Le celebrità che ci guardano dalle copertine, infatti, sono persone come noi, con i loro difetti e le loro carenze, ma i giovani non lo capiscono.
Loro credono sinceramente che le persone non abbiano imperfezioni della pelle, né rughe; che siano tutti alti, slanciati e sempre giovani. Per questo molti si creano un'immagine distorta della realtà a cui il corpo umano dovrebbe essere simile. Questo aspetto standard, che viene imposto dalle riviste, è di fatto irraggiungibile, ma, purtroppo, i giovani raramente lo capiscono. Incapaci di arrivare agli standard fissi, dettati dalla moda moderna, si deprimono, perdono la fiducia e, a volte, anche la voglia di vivere.
Allora cosa bisogna fare per vincere la dismorfofobia, e prevenirne la sua manifestazione più estrema? I dati a riguardo sono deludenti: guarire è quasi impossibile. Questo richiede un approccio integrato, iniziando dalla psicoterapia e i farmaci antidepressivi, fino all'ospedale. Senza un adeguato trattamento, la malattia può diventare cronica, con periodi di ricadute acute e remissioni. L'importante è capire che né il dermatologo, né il centro estetico o i chirurghi plastici sono in grado di aiutare le persone affette da questo disturbo, perché, di norma, non stiamo parlando di veri difetti nell'aspetto, ma di difetti inventati.
La negazione della percezione del proprio corpo per quello che è, non scomparirà dopo l'intervento chirurgico. Questa è puramente psicologica. Nei casi molto avanzati, durante le recidive della malattia, i pazienti possono arrivare ad automutilarsi, cercando di realizzare autonomamente un intervento per eliminare "la loro bruttezza". Ci sono stati casi in cui i malati hanno cercato di asportare da soli il loro grasso dall'addome o dalle cosce, e di tagliarsi una porzione della cartilagine nasale. Oppure hanno scelto di suicidarsi, perché del tutto incapaci di accettare se stessi.
Questa tendenza spaventosa sta guadagnando spazio sempre più velocemente, prendendo le vite di molti giovani. Quindi state attenti! Non prendete seriamente qualsiasi critica alle peculiarità del vostro o dell'altrui aspetto esteriore. Cercate di non fare commenti riguardo l'aspetto esteriore di chi vi circonda, anche se si è guidati, a proprio parere, dalla più nobile delle intenzioni... Dopo tutto, chi sa cosa questo potrebbe causare nell'anima di un'altra persona... Potrebbe scatenare una bufera interiore, capace di sconvolgere tutta la sua vita.
La "pietra vagante" marziana ha reso perplessi gli scienziati

Lo ha dichiarato Squyres alla conferenza stampa dedicata al 10° anniversario del lavoro del veicolo marziano. "La pietra vagante" è stata scoperta a gennaio 2014, sulle foto scattate da Opportunity. La pietra manca sulle foto del 3536° giorno marziano, ma già è presente nel giorno 3537 ° .
Il cittadino statunitense Rhawn Joseph ha citato la NASA in tribunale chiedendo che si indaghi immediatamente e accuratamente sulla "pietra vagante" di Marte.
Uno strano minerale è stato osservato dal rover Opportunity quattro settimane fa. In precedenza le immagini non avevano mostrato nessuna pietra nello stesso punto del pianeta. Ciò che dà più da pensare è che l'analisi chimica ha dimostrato che la pietra ha una struttura particolare.

The Syrian news agency SANA reports, that Syria's Minister of Public Works, Hussein Arnous, stressed the importance of the rapid rebuilding of Syrian homes and structures through cooperation and partnerships between the two countries construction companies.
At a meeting with representatives of the Chinese Kansai Co., Arnous underlined the necessity of making use of the company's expertise, modern technologies and the potential to take part in the rapid construction of building projects in Syria.
The Minister underlined the necessity to cover fundamental needs with regard to equipment and machinery to launch building projects. He emphasized that Syria has suffered from systematic sabotage and destruction of such equipment on one hand, while much of the country's machinery, including entire factories have been looted.
The Chinese delegation, for their part, expressed their readiness to offer help and expertise, and to contribute to a rapid reconstruction within suitable standards.
Besides suffering from combat related destruction and sabotage, the Syrian industries have suffered considerably due to the fact that foreign-backed mercenaries have looted and shipped entire factories abroad, especially to Turkey.
The Syrian government has repeatedly addressed the situation with the Turkish government, the office of the UN Secretary General, and the UN Security Council without tangible response.

Chinese cooperation also extends to the Apaema Tire Factory. The company has signed a memo of mutual understanding with the Chinese CAMC to rehabilitate the tire plant's machinery and equipment and about the installation of new equipment. The memorandum was signed on Saturday at the Ministry of Industry in Damascus, reports SANA.
The agreement stipulates a continuous cooperation about the rehabilitation and maintenance of the plant and its equipment, with CAMA providing a loan that covers 85 percent of the project costs.
Included in the agreement is also the establishment of two new production lines for new tire sizes at a capacity of 18,000 tons per year in addition to 9,000 tons of tires for light and heavy trucks and agricultural equipment. The cooperation aims also at CAMC's participation in related projects for the processing of recycled rubber and the training of Syrian workers.

SANA reporter quoted a military source as saying that army units eliminated armed terrorist groups in al-Bab city and in the villages and towns of Handarat, Hreitan, al-Rashdin, Orum, Hilan, Kafr Hamra, al-Wdeihi and al-Mansoura in the countryside of Aleppo.
The terrorists' weapons and ammunition were destroyed in the operations.

Locals said that they suffer on daily basis due to the crimes of terrorists and that they can't take it anymore, noting that the town has been paralyzed after terrorists entered it, forcing many locals to leave and affecting the livelihoods of those who remained.

The source added that an army unit destroyed two vehicles loaded with terrorists and weapons on Qaqas road and killed many terrorists. Among the killed terrorists were Mohammad Saud al-Qadi and Hadi al-Khaledi, of the Jordanian nationality, Mohammad Ahmad Habbari, of the palestinain nationality, Talal al-Etri of the Saudi nationality and Suleiman al-Der'e of the Qatari nationality in addition to terrorists Bassam Ahmad al-Bunni, Ibrahim al-Daher, Yahya al-Khayrat, Yaseen al-Zoubi, Mansour al-Masri and Yamen al-Ta'an.
